Kundeswari is the renown name in the field of community development especially in the sector of rural women development. What nowadays NGO`s are doing for the benefits of our rural population, we have started that since 1960. Till now the Kundeswari has extended its wings towards following community development :

1. Balika Vidyamondir: Kundeswari Balika Vidyamondir is one of the famous educational institution of Bangladesh. In 1960 when education for women was not popular at that time Shaheed Nutan Chandra Sinha established this school in the remote village. His mission was to give proper education to the poor superstitious girls of the rural area. Because he believed that if a girl is educated, the whole family will be educated as well as the whole nation will be educated. His dream become true now and the school become a symbol for good education. Now it offers SSC, Degree in three different subjects Science, Arts & Commerce. It has hostel facility for four hundred girl students, rich library, computer lab, sufficient play ground, science lab etc.

2. Kundeswari Balika Mohavidyalaya:

Kundeswari Balika Mohabidyalaya also a renowned Degree college of the country. Shaheed Nutan Chandra Sinha established this college on 1970. Courses in HSC label are Arts, Science and Commerce and in Degree only Arts. Students performances are good, experienced teachers are dedicated for their routine works. The college has got residential facilities, with rich library, science lab, computer lab, indoor and outdoor games facilities , auditorium etc.

3. Monorama Hall

After establishment of Kundeswari Balika Vidyamondir Shaheed Nutan Chandra Sinha realised the need of hostel facilities for the girl students . In the year 1966 he started hostel on the 1st floor of Kundeswari Balika Vidyamondir. After independence, due to increasing number of residential students, the hostel was not sufficient enough . So it was needed to build separate building for hostel. At this stage Late Monorama Sinha (Wife of Shaheed Nutan Chandra Sinha) donated land for this new hostel building. And government of Bangladesh has donated a substantial for 100 bed hostel. But as it was not sufficient enough. Kundeswari Welfare Trust came forward and built this 400 bed hostel. A library, indoor & outdoor sports facilities, auditorium for cultural activities, peaceful environment & efficient hostel stuffs makes this hostel self sufficient. For these facilities it become the most popular hostel in the country.

4. Kundeswari Ayurvedic college &Kundeswari Charitable Clinic

Inspite of all above educational institutions, son’s of Shaheed founder late Satya Ranjan Sinha and Mr. Praphulla Ranjan Sinha added Kundeswari Ayurvedic College, an institution for Ayurvedic education with four years Diploma courses recognised by Board of Unani and Ayurvedic Systems of Bangladesh. Also established Kundeswari Charitable Clinic to serve the poor people of our country with free medical checkup and Medicine.

Kundeswari Welfare Trust has started the charitable works with Shaheed Nutan Chandra Sinha Smriti Scholarship since 2000. At present 76 students of nine schools and colleges of Raozan are getting this scholarship facilities.
